Adult Swim Festival

Adult Swim was launching the first of their annual music festival, and needed a design that would stand out, be true to the Adult Swim voice, and not look like any other festival. The Adult Swim Festival took place in Downtown Los Angeles and featured performances by Run the Jewels, Flying Lotus, Thundercat, T-Pain, Big Freedia, and more. The key art, which was used on the poster, website, digital ads, signage, and much more, was illustrated digitally and referenced medical illustration of plant and animal cells. The inaugural festival attracted over 20,000 attendees, and has now gone on to reoccur annually for the past five years.
