Fast Company

An editorial illustration was created for Fast Company magazine, to accompany an article about grain farmers using a new grain-selling app. The magazine wanted something that incorporated pricing, e-commerce/digital signage, names of grains, and images of the grains themselves. They were interested in the repeating horizontal rows as they evoked both a vending machine feel as well as rows in farm planting. The illustration was executed in Micron pen on paper, and digitally colored. It was featured in the June 2017 print edition of the magazine.
